Change of Mind (Cooling-Off Period)
If you order online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

Once we receive the returned goods, you’ll receive a full refund, including the original standard delivery cost (if applicable).

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can choose a replacement or a full refund.

If an individual card is damaged, we’ll replace it with an exact match (same edition/print) where possible. If unavailable, we’ll offer a replacement of equal value or a refund.

We cover all return and replacement postage for faulty or damaged items.
